1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only for physical products purchased directly from DrJesseHaggard.com.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The return request must be made within 30 calendar days of delivery.

You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order number or confirmation email).
Digital products, downloadable materials, and other non-physical goods (including eBooks) are non-refundable.

3. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including packaging and postage.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your return is approved, only the product cost (excluding shipping) will be refunded.
4. Inspection and Approval
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@drjessehaggard.com with your order details and photos of the issue.
We’ll work with you to resolve the situation promptly, either through a replacement or refund.
6. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please return your product following the process above and place a new order.
